Why Work With Me
Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, self-aware, and high-performing — yet still feel stuck in patterns of stress, overthinking, or emotional overload. They understand themselves well, but insight alone has not created lasting change.
Background
I hold a PhD in Computer Science and spent over a decade at IBM as AI Solution Architect and AI Strategy Consultant, working with complex systems and pattern-driven decision-making. My work focused on understanding how hidden structures influence outcomes — and how change occurs when those structures are addressed directly. That same systems-based perspective now informs my work with human behaviour and subconscious patterns.
Why This Matters?
That experience led to a key realisation: Understanding a pattern is not the same as changing it. Whether in artificial intelligence or human behaviour, lasting change happens when the underlying system is addressed — not just the visible output.
How I work
Today, I integrate clinical hypnotherapy with evidence-informed approaches rooted in neuroscience, psychology, and behavioral change to help high-performing professionals create lasting shifts at the subconscious level—where patterns of behavior, stress, emotion, and self-perception are formed.
My work is systems-oriented, addressing the interaction between mindset, nervous system regulation, subconscious conditioning, behavior, and environment to create sustainable internal change. My focus is simple:
- identify the underlying patterns driving stress, anxiety, or limitation
- understand how they are sustained
- support the system in developing more adaptive responses
This is a structured, collaborative process — not force, and not generic intervention.
