The background that makes this different

I hold a PhD in Computer Science and spent over a decade at IBM as an AI Solution Architect and AI Strategy Consultant. My work focused on one thing: understanding how hidden structures drive outcomes — and how lasting change happens when those structures are addressed directly, not managed at the surface.

That same principle applies to human behaviour. The patterns driving your stress, your overthinking, your performance ceiling — they aren't in your conscious mind. They're in the subconscious system running beneath it. And systems don't change through insight. They change when you work directly with the structure.

The realisation that changed everything

At IBM, I worked with complex AI systems where the visible output — the error, the inefficiency, the failure — was never the real problem. The real problem was always in the underlying system and architecture. Fix the system and architecture, and the output changes permanently. Patch the output, and the problem resurfaces.

Human behaviour works the same way. That realisation is what brought me from AI strategy to clinical hypnotherapy — and it is why the results my clients experience are lasting, not temporary.

Your Transformation Session
This is where the work happens. Using clinical hypnotherapy, we work directly with the subconscious mind — where limiting patterns are formed and sustained. This is a focused, evidence-informed process in which you remain fully aware and in control. Rather than managing symptoms, we address the subconscious programme driving them. Most clients experience significant change within a single session. Everything discussed in sessions is strictly confidential. The session is carried ONLINE via Google Meet or Zoom from the comfort of your own home. The effect of working online is the same as in person.

21-Day Subconscious Reinforcement
Immediately following your session, you receive a bespoke audio recording crafted specifically around your goal. Over 21 days, it reinforces the subconscious changes initiated during the session, helping new patterns become natural and lasting. Two follow-up check-in calls are included to support integration, maintain momentum, and address any questions along the way.

Good morning Mai 😍. Last week I was very exhausted because of long working days but I I am proud to say I took the time I needed to rest - and I was able to communicate it in a way that made me feel good! That was a HUGE shift for me.

Emotionally I feel stable but at the same time I also feel withdrawn from the world (I almost dread going to work today 😅). Have also again avoided dealing with emails/text messages the last days - but it didn’t quite feel like procrastination (though technically it is?!) but more like a feeling of “I am in charge of my life and I choose to do something else now”. I believe that probably because of ADHD I naturally have a hard time doing things I am not interested in but on the other hand I am super-engaged, almost going overboard with things I AM interested in - whether it be relationships (partnerships and friendships - always very deep for me) or my work that I love enthusiastically and all my interesting projects etc. This ability of intense hyper-focus is a superpower that on the one hand I love to experience in my life, but at the same time in the past this ability often caused me to burn out quickly (also because of sensory sensitivity/overload associated). And I definitely wasn’t always aware of my own boundaries until I broke and felt everything I had built up then just crumbled and I started from scratch again (and the cycle continued).

Until the session I had with you I did not want to acknowledge or honour those (very valid!) feelings of overwhelm or need for rest. I overrode them. The pattern has been clearly visible in my life for 20-30 years already and I have been actively trying to change for the last 10 years. But no insight, self-help book, advice from friends, coaching or even psychotherapy has helped break this cycle until now. I just didn’t seem to be able to let go of this behaviour, even if it was so devastating for me not only emotionally, but also physically.

About ten years ago, I started experiencing lower back pain, likely due to prolonged poor sitting posture and a lack of physical activity. Doctors diagnosed me with lower back pain and told me it was incurable. Their advice was to do light exercises and avoid intense physical activity.

Every morning upon waking up, I would feel a sharp, gripping pain in my lower back. I had to move very gently out of bed and stretch slowly to ease the discomfort. My ability to engage in sports was severely limited—I struggled with certain movements, and even simple actions like standing up or sitting down triggered pain. The hardest part was having to give up my favourite sport, badminton.

I came to Mai without much expectation because my doctor said there is no cure but I was intrigued by her explanation about the method. However, during the session, I was caught by surprise. I could feel the pain gradually decreasing. By the end of the session, there was some stiffness in my back, but shortly after, the pain subsided significantly.

After two weeks of listening to the recording, my pain had reduced to a very mild level. At the end of the second week, the pain returned briefly, but within 2-3 days, it disappeared completely.And after one month of listening to the recording, my pain was completely gone.

Now, I feel healthier, sleep earlier, wake up refreshed, and can lift heavier weights at the gym. I move with ease, and best of all, I no longer wake up with back pain. My ability to focus has also improved since I am no longer distracted by discomfort.

Before my session with Mai, I struggled with a leaking bladder, which meant I couldn’t run or jog without worrying about urine leakage. I had to wear a sanitary pad while jogging, and even simple things like coughing in public made me anxious. I had tried Intima laser therapy and Kegel exercises (on and off), but nothing truly worked. It was frustrating, and I constantly worried, what if…

Mai was absolutely amazing throughout this journey. She is caring and attentive, and after the session, she checked on me several times—I felt she genuinely cared about me. During the session, she was very professional and understanding of my problem. She really investigated every emotional angle of my physical symptom, and together, we uncovered the emotional root cause behind it. That realization was incredibly liberating for me.

After the session, I felt a noticeable shift, like a weight had been lifted. Listening to the Transformation Audio she provided was reassuring, and I still listen to it, even though I have long passed the 21-day period. Right after the session, I was able to run for 30 minutes without even thinking about leakage. After three weeks, I could run for approximately 44 minutes without any leakage at all. Enlarged Prostate (BPH)

I am 78 years old. I have had benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) since the year 2000, when I was in my early 50s. My symptoms included waking up to urinate 3–4 times (sometimes 5 times) at night; each time, I had to wait around 20 minutes to empty my urine. I was very reluctant to travel far because of frequent urination, painful urination, weak stream, and incomplete emptying. Just a few minutes after urinating, I would feel the urge to go again, which was very troublesome—especially at night, as it disrupted my sleep. If I absolutely had to travel, I would wear adult diapers to avoid stress.

I went to many hospitals, saw many specialists, and tried various treatments, but they only helped maintain the size of my prostate without improving the symptoms. The highest ultrasound reading I had was 61 grams, and it typically fluctuated around 50 grams. After describing my condition to Mai, she said she could help me. After 3 months of working with Mai and consistently listening to a guided meditation she created specifically for me twice a day (morning and afternoon), I experienced a very clear and positive improvement. Now, I only wake up maximum once a night to urinate, and it’s smooth without any pain or discomfort. I feel confident traveling or visiting friends and family without needing to wear adult diapers.

Each time I meditate, beyond its healing effects, it brings a sense of physical ease and comfort. Not only has my prostate condition improved, but my overall health has gotten better—I eat and sleep well, and can work, move around, and live normally.
